Welcome to the workout. Before you start we have here all the information you need.
In your workout overview you have all the days and exercises that you should follow in order to get the most out of the workout.

Inside every exercise, you will see what exercise you should perform and a video showing you how to perform the exercise. If you’re not sure you can also tap the “Tips for this exercise” button and you will see more detailed instructions and valuable tips that will help you perform the exercise correctly.Â

You will also find a timer below the exercise instructions. Use the timer to do the exercise and try to do as many repetitions during the time. If you need a break, keep it short and keep going until the timer is finished.
The timer will adjust automatically if the exercise is done unilateral and will give you a break to switch sides. You don’t need to re-start the timer once you’re finished with one side.
It’s key to use the resistance band that will provide the right resistance. If you’re not sure whether you’re using the right resistance band you can check our recommendation that you will find below the timer.

Once done with the exercise, you can use the “Done” button at the bottom to check and track the exercise and get to the next one. You can also use the “Previous/Next Exercise” buttons to navigate through your workout.

Inside the workout, you will also find “Active Breaks”. We strongly recommend that you only do breaks when you see them coming up. Active Breaks do also contain a timer that gives you a recommended duration of doing the break.Â

We also have a warm-up routine at the beginning of every workout that will fit the exercises inside that specific workout well. Doing the warm-ups will lower the risk of injuries and help you get the most out of the workout so please follow the instructions along carefully.
