Triceps Extension - Anchored

Follow these steps
- Attach the band to a door with a door anchor (Height: chest to head level)
- Get inside the loop and step forward until there is tension on the resistance band
- Hold your hands in front of your face and hold your upper arm parallel to the floor
- Extend your arms forward until fully extended
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Repeat for reps
