Follow these steps
- Step with both feet on the band
- Grab the band with both hands, bend your elbows 90 degrees
- Bend over until your upper body is almost parallel to the floor
- Bring your elbows to the sides of your body and lock them in place
- Bend your knees a little but keep a straight lower back and brace your core
- Extend your arms until your hands point backwards
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Repeat for reps
