What's 'My Individual Program'?

The Individual Program Generator that you just used matches your personal perimeters with over 800 exercises and exercise patterns to give you a workout that will fit your goals and lifestyle. It’s a workout program that will fit you, not a static workout that you will have to fit in. 

Why is this better than any other program?

We believe that workout programs can be effective without repeating itself over and over again. Workouts are only effective as long as you do them, so we created a 12-week program that will challenge you with variety.
